‏ Treatment of skin disease with acupuncture and Chinese herbs can be very effective on one hand but very frustrating on the other hand . Beside correct diagnosis and choosing the suitable formula issues like how to get fast relief for itchiness and other uncomfortable symptoms are critical in order to manage a long term treatment with sufficient confidence of the patients. Other issues like whether to give to the patient raw herbs powders tinctures or capsules are important as well integration with western medicine dermatology is a necessary part of the treatment especially for difficult cases and how to choose and to use the right external applications. All of the above will be discussed in details for each specific disease with practical and easy to apply approach .
